About Our Client

Our client is a large private investment business managing a large investment portfolio comprised of business operating across various sectors. The finance team of 6 is currently looking to grow to 8.

Job Description

• Assisting with the preparation of cashflow forecasts, and budgets.
• Assisting with the lodgement of BAS/tax returns, payroll & STP, as well as ongoing compliance and statutory reporting.
• Reconciliations and GL entries to ensure accounting information is maintained in a timely manner to a high degree of accuracy.
• Overseeing accurate and timely reporting of asset purchases, asset sales and other key transactions, including consideration of tax or other related issues.
• Full cycle bookkeeping and assist with month-end reporting.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management (analysis/ advisory)

The Successful Applicant

• Completing CA/ CPA.
• 2-4 Years experience.
• Previous Tax and Business Services experience is highly regarded.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
