Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join a Digital Analytics Team within the Digital Channels and Customer Experience Design Program. This important role will help the company to deliver services that meet user needs. You will have previously worked in similar roles with demonstrated capacity to manage and capture requirements, analytical tools, identify and communicate business insights derived from in-depth analysis of complex datasets and managing various data models.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated skill and experience in using Datawarehouse tools and technologies, Data Visualisation, ETL and ELT processing methods, Microsoft Automate/Power Apps – or equivalent RPA tools, SQL and NoSQL.
• Proven ability to work with datasets to clean, summarise, interpret and extrapolate from the data provided in order to come up with valuable insights and visualise them in a way that is clear and understandable by stakeholders.
• Ability to use and adapt to cloud technologies and systems that will manage and manipulate data analytics across various channels.
