Your Impact  

As an Educator at Goodstart Deniliquin, you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children. 

You’ll help achieve this by  

  • Hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA recognized qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and national Quality Standard
  • Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing
  • Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
  • Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
  • Able to actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
  • Flexible to work a variety of days and hours

If you have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, plus hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved equivalent), then we want to meet you!
