This growth coupled with a successful listing requires the right type of CFO who understands what good looks like from a large ASX but also has the ability to "run" in a high growth environment.

Job Description

As CFO you will be required to drive growth, manage risk and deliver commercial insight in an always changing environment. You will provide a balanced yet commercial approach to an entrepreneurial board and provide confidence to the executives/non-executive leadership group that the engine room is capable for further expansion. You will have an opportunity to partner with some impressive thought leaders in their respective fields, which will help you further launch your career in technology. More specifically you will;

• Provide strategic leadership of the financial strength of the business, driving both short and long term objectives
• Take charge of the finance function, ensuring their continued evolution as a world class team with the expected levels of reporting, controls & governance are in place
• Partner with the C-team on a combination of growth opportunities - both organic & M&A
• Help the C-team navigate challenges they may face on their growth journey
• Understanding the tax implications in a very unique global environment

The Successful Applicant

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned CFO with an entrepreneurial attitude, an up-and-coming CFO from a mid-sized ASX who is looking for the opportunity to run their own function or someone who has a demonstrated track record of commercial success in a variety of different industries. You will also have;

• Strong blend of technical and commercial experience as CFO, pre or post-IPO
• Demonstrated experience of building a world class finance function
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and operate in a "ROI for every dollar spent" type of environment
• The ability to influence the "new generation" in a technology business
• An ability to operate outside of a corporate structure
