Your new company
You will be working for a well-known national Not for Profit Organisation focused on mental health, training and research. They are seeking a customer support officer to join their team on a 2-year fixed term contract due to business increase and call demands.
Your new role Your main role is to assist incoming callers in a professional and positive manner to ensure each experience is informative and helpful. The role will also entail:
- First point of contact for anyone contacting via phone, email or via the website
- Consistently maintain a positive and helpful tone that reflects the brand
- You will be expected to provide information and abide by policies and processes
- Work collaboratively as a team and be proactive to resolve inquiries, meet KPIs and customer service standards
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have 2 – 5 years contact centre experience is required
- A background in mental health or not-for-profit in a customer service position is highly desired
- You will have and understanding of, and an interest in, mental health issues
- You will be passionate about high quality customer service
- You will understand privacy legislation and its implications
- You will need unrestricted work permit or visa and a national police check will be required if successful.
