Green Light is on the hunt for an IT helpdesk Analyst to support one of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies in providing on site IT support to their government clients.
About you
- Previous call centre or Helpdesk experience.
- Able to speak fluent English
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Demonstrated ability to be able to fulfil customer needs and deliver real business value to high value corporate customers.
- Understand the drivers of Customer Satisfaction
- High degree of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated effective communication at all levels
- Excellent networking and relationship skills
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to delegate when necessary.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Availability to work a Rotating roster on-site Monday- Friday between 8am-6pm.
- Understanding Mobile concepts such as iOS, MDM, Android etc
About the role
- Providing service desk support to a variety of government departments.
- Manage telephone and email enquiries.
- Management of customer faults; liaising and escalating where appropriate
- Hardware Management
