Job Description
HR Advisor reporting into the HR Manager for this organisation in Brisbane CBD:
- Generalist HR role providing HR advice and support to Senior Management across the wider business
- Case manage Employee Relations issues and queries from employees and managers
- Running the recruitment initiatives with support from the HR Coordinator
- Employee engagement and retention processes including engagement surveys and reporting on employee satisfactions
- Compiling HR Reports for the business heads
- HR Projects and duties as required by the wider HR function
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor for this Brisbane based firm will have:
- 2+ year's experience in a similar role as well as strong recruitment skills
- Knowledge of Modern Awards and Employment Legislation
- Prior experience in managing IR and ER matters
- Strong stakeholder management in working with different individuals and teams across the business
- A fast-paced nature with a pro-active approach to matters
- Able to work autonomously and partner across all seniority's
- HR degree qualified
