Your new role
In your new role you will be partnering with the business units to understand their needs and formulate roadmaps to deliver them.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting systems & networks – Windows 7 and 10, Exchange, Active Directory, software patching, PC and phone hardware, and O365 suite applications
• Experience with project delivery, IT roadmaps and governance
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ITIL certified
