Your new role
In your new role as a KYC Associate, you will be responsible for remediating new customer onboarding and performing Periodic KYC reviews of C&IB Customers to ensure NAB meets its AML/CTF policies and obligations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Remediating non-individual KYC files
• Work as part of a team focused on the on-boarding and regulatory due diligence requirements of Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) clients
• Ability to successfully work within the confines of strict timelines and service level agreements and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders directly
• This role will ensure processes are followed in a compliant and risk-controlled manner

This role will be a temporary assignment until the 31st of December 2022. You will be working full time hours from Monday – Friday, averaging 37.5 hours per week. Your hourly rate will $34.15 plus Super.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience working in KYC with non-individual customers
• Have a solid understanding of business structures, in particular Trusts
• Strong knowledge of AUSTRAC regulations
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
