Life insurance Case Manager - Entry Level

You will be managing a portfolio of claims in relation to Life insurance policies, ensuring that superior levels of customer service are maintained.

Your new role
Working as a Life Insurance Case Manager you will be;

• Managing a portfolio of Life insurance claims from start to finish
• Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of customer service
• Contribute positively to the team and be a functional part of a collaborative working environment

• Effectively manage difficult conversations by actively listening, empathising and taking personal responsibility for resolving problems/issues

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Experience in Insurance is preferred
• A proven track-record of giving excellent Customer Service
• An empathetic and understanding nature
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An attention to detail and strong computer skills
