An opportunity has arisen for Full Time Brand Ambassadors to become of this International Luxury Retailer based in Melbourne’s Collins Street or Chadstone Shopping Centre.

Your new role
This role will see you assisting you and your team in the achievement of your sales targets, client expectations and store performance. You will be assisting your VIP clientele with exceptional customer service and providing professional product knowledge on all collections. You will be responsible for achieving your set financial targets and KPI's.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar environment, especially within the Ready to Wear, Luxury Product Industry, if not a passion for the industry is highly preferred. You must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge of luxury retail sales policies and processes as well as an understanding of how the retail sales floor operates. Extensive training and development will be provided for the future sales consultants to assist in your on-going understanding of the business standards and culture. Mandarin speaking candidates are highly preferred.
