Machine Operator

Our client are Australian-owned and operated, with our products being manufactured in a purpose built facility in Morningside, Brisbane. We are dedicated to the manufacture of cheesecakes, gateaux, individual desserts, tarts and slices for the international and domestic food service markets.

We are seeking the services of experienced Machine Operators/Mixers. We have 3 shifts available- day shift, (6am to 2pm), afternoon shift (2pm - 10pm) and night shift (10pm to 6am) Monday - Friday, in the production area.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Weighing and measuring raw ingredients
• Processing, mixing and batching raw ingredients
• Loading Mixers
• Conducting quality checks
• Process work
• Data Entry

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment
• Experience weighing and mixing raw ingredients
• Ability to lift up to 15-20kg
• GMP, HACCP and OH&S knowledge
• Flexible working hours and available to work OT when and if required
• Minimum of 2 Work Related References
• Experience working with Ovens an advantage
