Your new role
As an Organisational Development Project Lead, the purpose of your role is to guide and enable the team in the effective completion of a large-scale Organisational Development and Culture programs while also providing consultant support to Organisational Development SME's.

This role will focus on the end to end coordination of Culture and Leadership programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts to develop and iterate end to end project plan for culture and leadership programs and programs for other disciplines such as Talent when required.
• Partnering with subject matter experts across the team to help shape and define activities to ensure they are fit for purpose and Impactful
• Ensure the successful delivery of programs through content preparation and coordination and liaising with various stakeholders such as HRBP and internal communications to translate activities into actions.
• Manage end to end activities and programs such as bi-annual culture survey, culture activation activities, activities related to other key disciplines in across the team.
• Research best in practice solutions on a variety of disciplines ensuring the company's approach is fit for purpose.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

• Hold a third level qualification in HR or a related discipline
• Have demonstrable experience in a HR advisory role within a large complex organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
