Job Description

• Managing entire project from start to completion
• Manage clients and subcontractor relationships
• Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards
• Managing and maintaining the design process
• Software used: Jobpac, PayApps, Procore & Hammertech

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in the local Australian construction market, preferably on Commercial and / or Residential (Apartment) projects valued to circa $25M +
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
• Passion for construction and a high work ethic
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Associated construction qualification
