About Our Client

Our clients are a group thriving professional services companies located in the heart of the Perth CBD. They are all seeking Receptionists with 2-4 year's experience, who are corporately presented with strong customer service skills to join their businesses.

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors delivering a very high level of customer service
  • Answering and transferring all received calls in a diligent and professional manner
  • Assisting with accounts invoices and raising of purchase orders
  • Reconciliation of credit cards and Senior Management's expenses
  • Notify internal staff of the arrival of visitors and clients
  • Managing all mail and couriers
  • Setting up of functions and events including sourcing of vendors
  • Organising all stationary and catering orders
  • High volume data entry

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidates for these positions will have administration and reception experience in a corporate industry and will be available to start immediately. These positions require the candidate to deliver exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism, and appropriate dress standards apply. As a receptionist, you will liaise and support the accounts team along with the general office.
