Full job description

Your new company
This role sits within a newly set up of team in the HR function of a major Australian bank. It will be an initial 6 months but does have the potential to extend depending on performance and business need.

Your new role
In this role you will assist in establishing the project by supporting the business partners in reviewing performance reviews, preparing data and slide packs, planning and delivering core processes and working closely with stakeholders. You will also be working on background checks and ensuring the probity process runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have prior experience in HR processes, intermediate excel and experience within a complex organisation. You will also be resilient and confident and able to push back against resistance.
