Key Responsibilities:
- Managing insolvency investigations and associated reporting
- Prepare reports to creditors, outcome statements, deficiency accounts
- Manage asset realisations
- Coordinating trading administrations
- Provide strategic, commercial and financial advice to restructuring clients
- Liaise with various stakeholders including lawyers, valuation agents, government bodies and agencies
- Assist with the management and development of more junior team members
About you:
- 5+ years insolvency experience
- CA / CPA qualification
- ARITA / TMA memberships
- Developed technical insolvency knowledge with a desire to focus on restructuring and forensics
- Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Developed ethical values
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A team focused approach, and a desire to motivate and mentor more junior team members
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Desire to develop referral networks
