Your new role
As a Salary Packaging Advisor your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service and managing all incoming queries
• Performing evaluations and preparing quotes for customers
• Maintain the CRM system and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Action any tasks relevant to customer salary packages and follow up where required

What you'll need to succeed
You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:

• Previous experience working in a similar role with working knowledge of salary packaging
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Work autonomously and collaboratively when required
