Due to continued expansion and a thriving study pipeline, this Global CRO is seeking experienced Senior CRAs to join their clinical research team on a full-time permanent basis. This CRO is globally-renowned for its’ strategic partnerships, contributions to clinical research and career opportunities. This company boasts a flexible working policy, high staff engagement, high staff retention and an established Clinical Operations team. You will be working within an inspiring environment that is dedicated to enhancing patient care and overcoming challenges in global health. This is a fully home-based position.

Your new role

• You will be expected to work within the scope of relevant SOPs, protocols, ICH-GCP Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• You will be expected to ensure all clinical trial activities are conducted with a high degree of proficiency, accuracy and autonomy.
• You will be expected to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this high-level of performance.
• Your team will be established, experienced and you will be provided the opportunity to work autonomously with opportunities for career development.
• You will travel to sites to complete monitoring visits from SIV straight through to close-out.
• You will predominantly work on studies in Neurology across all study phases.

What you'll need to succeed

• This role requires an organised and self-motivated science professional to excel in such a demanding role.
• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of local independent monitoring experience, strengthened by a tertiary qualification in a life sciences or healthcare discipline.
• You will have experience working in commercial clinical research with exposure to a variety of study phases and CNS trials.
• You will be a real team player who enjoys collaborating to realise success.
• You have full working rights in Australia and you are willing to travel
