Job Description

As the Settlements Officer, the individuals will be requested to adhere to the following but not be limited to:

• Produce loan documentation and ensuring all details are correct
• Report issues with documentation/systems or processes
• Facilitate discharge of customer loan accounts alongside accurate payout figures whilst also ensuring receipt
• Ensure return of documentation to customer & ensure follow up
• Strive to meet individual and work as a team to meet team KPI's
• Liaise with Settlement agents and ensure you are answering all requests
• Ensure settlement procedures are carried out and comply with governing guidelines such as SLA and appropriate Acts
• Attend efficiently to customer, BDM and be a business partner
• Ad hoc queries and requests from management
• Constant process improvement
