We want you to enjoy a full-time position working an average of 38 hours per week, offering generous industry award rates for poultry workers, a starting rate of $23.67 p/hr + superannuation.

As a Sheet Metal Fabrication Laborer you must be able to perform work duties as assigned and have a practical understanding of the following responsibilities and tasks:

• Safety: Must be able to perform all work in an efficient and safe manner.
• Material Management: Ability to keep accurate accounting/inventory of materials consumed and quantities produced in the Sheet Metal Fabrication department to avoid production delays as well as the ability to work with different forms of sheet metal such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel, etc.
• Equipment Operation: Ability to demonstrate safe operation of equipment including, but not limited to; Sheet Metal Shear, Sheet Metal Brake, Roll Former and Track Welder.
• Tools Requirement: Ability to select the appropriate measuring tools for verification of parts to required specifications.

You would be required to, and comfortable with, running machines that are used for cutting, pressing, bending and form sheet metal into various shapes and sizes.

Salary : $46771.92 p.a

Hourly : $23.67 p.h

To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
• Pass a Pre-employment medical check, including drug alcohol test
