Tech Lead

Tech Lead - Digital Analytics A healthcare organisation and leader in its field. As Tech Lead you will play a key role in the delivery of digital health insights to improve how healthcare is delivered and change the patient experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the creation and advancement of standalone digital analytics, and integration of digital into dashboards and reports
• Enable omnichannel performance measurements
• Introduce new ability and insights including customer experience into the digital measurement framework
• Provide recommendations via performance measurement and reporting, decision analytics, and commercial optimisation insights
• Coach and develop your direct team and the broader digital and transformation team

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 10 years data, analytics and business insights experience
• Expertise in standard methodologies in the areas of database design, data mining & analytics, data visualization
• Advanced knowledge of google tag manager, website tagging, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM)
• Prior experience or strong interest in digital health will be an asset in this role
