ELVIS Presley's only child, Lisa Marie, will include Hurstville in her Australian visit, which is part of her Storm and Grace world tour.
Presley will perform with her five-piece band at Hurstville Entertainment Centre on Thursday, April 3.
This is her first Australian tour in eight years, and Hurstville mayor Jack Jacovou said he was delighted that Hurstville has been able to secure this one-off event.
"The show promises to be something special," he said.
The Memphis-born Presley reclaims her roots on her latest album, Storm and Grace."
Released in Australia in 2012, the album showcases
her songwriting talent and alto voice.
Rolling Stone magazine has said that "Storm and Grace is the album she was born to make - a raw, powerful country, folk and blues collection that finds her embracing her southern roots and family name".
Entertainment Weekly praised the "smoky, spooky" single You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet.
