MARK Vincent was just 15 when he burst onto our screens singing Nessun Dorma on the Channel Seven program Australia's Got Talent in 2009.
Five years later and the opera singer from Caringbah has released six albums, including his latest album Best So Far, featuring his most popular songs to date.
Since winning the show, 20-year-old Vincent has been on an incredible journey and has become a hit in classical music circles.
Now he's looking to appeal to younger audiences.
He said although he was known as a classical singer, he could take different genres of music and make them his own.
"I'm at a point where people of my own age are listening to pop music and I want the younger generation to appreciate classical music and the music I have grown up with," he said.
"I have been singing classical music since I was 10 in my grandfather's restaurant."
Later this year Mark will perform a string of concerts in Malaysia.
He said he still had his sights set on Europe.
Before he jets off, Vincent will perform with his 12-piece Serenade Orchestra at Hurstville Entertainment Centre on Sunday, August 31. The concert will also celebrate Mark's 21st birthday.
