A FORMER swimwear model, who found fame on Channel Ten's defunct Big Brother reality series in 2006, has found her calling as a personal trainer at a new gym at Caringbah.
Krystal Forscutt, 26, manages Newlife Health Club, owned by brothers James and Neil Hipwell, of Oyster Bay.
The boutique-sized gym has been running for six weeks and offers a variety of classes, group fitness programs and one-on-one personal training sessions.
Miss Forscutt said the vision for the gym was to focus on functional training methods.
"We don't have much in the way of weight machines, as our key focus at Newlife is functional training," Miss Forscutt said.
"We like to get all the muscles moving together and focus on all your core stabilisers. We incorporate Olympic lifting, suspension training, free weights and kettle bells in our exercise programs and group fitness classes."
The gym, which is open Monday to Saturday, is offering a free seven-day trial to residents.
