IF words such as monotype viscosity print, dry point etching, solar plate and collagraph don't immediately bring fine art to mind, check out the Found In Print exhibition at Kogarah Library and be educated in the fine art of printmaking.
This is the Southern Printmakers Association's major exhibition and some beautiful work is on show.
The organisation, formed in 1978, is home to artists from St George, the Sutherland Shire and Wollongong who come together to push boundaries, learn new techniques, collaborate and exhibit.
Suzanne Newton spoke for the group.
"We called the exhibition Found in Print because we feel we can show our identity and find ourselves in print," she said.
