A man had a lucky escape after his boat capsized off Cape Solander on Sunday.
A Marine Rescue crew were called to the water just after 2pm after reports a boat had overturned.
They they arrived they found one man aboard had already been picked up by a passing vessel after the boat washed onto rocks.
The moment was captured on video by Jacques Hamoir who filmed the waves crashing the boat onto rocks.
