One of the shire’s favourite sons, international tenor Mark Vincent is returning home to perform in a special Mother’s Day concert at the Sutherland Entertainment Centre.
Mark will be performing songs from his latest album, A Tribute to Mario Lanza which was a top 5 National album and consolidates Mark as the highest charting Australian Tenor.
He recently completed a tour of the UK with Katherine Jenkins and now returns to Sutherland to create a magical concert for Mother’s Day.
Mark Vincent is the only classical artist in Australian history to have released six albums by the age of 20.
He became an overnight success when he burst onto the Australian television screens in 2009, with his moving rendition of Puccini’s ‘Nessun Dorma’.
He has sung the anthem at NRL’s State of Origin, made numerous TV and concert appearances, and for the past eight years starred in Carols in the Domain before a national television audience of millions.
He has also been the headline act at Sutherland Shire Council’s Australia Day Concert At Cronulla for many years.
