Rockdale City have blown a 3-0 lead as champions Manly United came back to snatch a 3-3 draw on Saturday.

The Suns led 3-0 after 27 minutes at Cromer Park through goals to Alec Urosevski, Jordan Figon and Blake Ricciuto.

But the hosts fought back with Nikola Taneski and Jamie Lobb goals to go into half-time trailing 3-2.

Former Sun Dylan Macallister popped up to score Manly’s equaliser with eight minutes remaining.

Urosevski had a late chance to wrestle back the three points for Rockdale only to blaze his effort over the bar.

The Suns are now in seventh place with as many points after six rounds, three points behind fifth-place Wollongong.

Rockdale travel to the Belmore Sports Ground to face high-flying Sydney Olympic on Sunday.

Olympic are in equal first place alongside APIA Leichhardt, only behind on goal difference.
