WHEN talking metal roofs, people generally think of the iconic corrugated iron variety. Think again: metal can now take your architectural design to a new level.

The ZENITH™  range from LYSAGHT® includes five profiles, one of which is ENSEAM ™ ® which features broad flat pans and a lower, yet substantial rib, producing clean long lines.

According to Steven Clarke, Director at Roof Tek, ENSEAM is a versatile cladding solution for the contemporary architectural designs.

“Corrugated profiles are great if you are looking for a relaxed Hamptons style or a timeless classic look, but now there are new architectural profiles in the market which now offer a totally different look. We recently finished a job in Engadine using ENSEAM in the new COLORBOND steel Matt finish, and the clients are pleased with the way the material exhibits variation from different angles, offering a contemporary architectural finish they were after” he said.

Roof Tek is a preferred supplier of LYSAGHT ENSEAM product and has been installing roofs in the Sutherland area for more than seven years. Steven said that ENSEAM has brought a fresh element to local architecture which Roof Tek was excited work with.

“These new roofs make a visual impact and are easy to install, although it is important to ensure the roofer has experience installing ENSEAM and comes recommended. Roof Tek has won many awards for our work, and is experienced in all types of metal roofing applications from corrugated roofs to more complex profiles like ENSEAM or a concealed Klip Lok profile.”
