In the process of transporting the patient to hospital, an ambulance kit was inadvertently left behind. When paramedics returned to the scene, the bag was gone.

Paramedics reported the incident to officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command who launched an investigation.
On Monday at about 2.30pm, a 53-year-old woman attended Sutherland Police Station, where she was arrested.
The woman was charged with larceny.
She will appear at Sutherland Local Court on Thursday, June 28.
