UPDATE
The sister of Manly Sea Eagles player Dylan Walker has been charged with the manslaughter of her partner at his home in Brighton-Le-Sands.
Jade Walker, 31, appeared in Sutherland Local Court on Monday charged over the death of Gilbert Caetanoat his Brighton-Le-Sands home on Sunday morning.
The 51-year-old father was found unconscious by police inside the General Holmes Drive property he shared with his parents at 1.10am.
Police said they were responding to an alleged "domestic violence-related incident" and that officers and then paramedics attempted first aid. However, Mr Caetano died at the scene.
Ms Walker was arrested at the house and taken to Kogarah police station, where she was charged with manslaughter and aggravated enter dwelling with intent.
She did not apply for bail and the matter was adjourned until next week.
The Manly NRL club yesterday released a statement saying it was offering its full support to Dylan Walker and his family.
The matter is due to return to Sutherland Local Court on May 28.

A woman, 31, has been charged with manslaughter after the death of a man in an alleged domestic violence-related incident at Brighton-Le-Sands.
Gilbert Caetano, 51, a panel beater, was found unconscious in a home on The Grand Parade when emergency services were called about 1.10am on Sunday.
Despite receiving first aid from paramedics, Mr Caetano died at the scene.
Police confirmed the couple were known to each other and it was a domestic matter.
The woman was charged with manslaughter and "aggravated enter dwelling with intent – knowing people there" – meaning a person knows someone at a residence, but does not have a legal right to be there.
Mr Caetano's daughter described her father as a caring and loving person and "a big kid at heart".
The woman was refused bail and was due to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Monday.
