Wavelength Cronulla held its display suite grand opening on Thursday night.
Hosted by Highland Property Agents, the lavish affair gave prospective buyers a detailed look at the luxury apartments that will be available in the project.
Situated at 49-57 Gerrale Street, and looking directly over South Cronulla Beach, the project is being developed by Iridium Developments.
“Wavelength lifts the bar in luxury apartment living in Cronulla,” says David Highland, CEO of Highland Property Agents.
“Discerning local buyers looking for something at the high end of the market will be delighted with the design, quality architecture and superb finishes which come with this development.”
Wavelength comprises a selection of 67 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and premium penthouses.
The development will offer resort-style living with an outdoor pool, tropical landscaped grounds, alfresco entertaining areas and a wellness room.
Mr Highland said this year’s property market has started the year strongly in the Sutherland Shire, with an average house price of $1,317,500 and a record sale for an off-the-plan apartment at $6.3 million.
Industry leaders believe moderate growth will continue, with a surge in popularity driven by Cronulla’s appeal for professionals, couples and retirees seeking a low-maintenance but still vibrant beach and cafe lifestyle.
The building will stand apart from other apartments in the area because of its distinctive curvaceous form.
The Wavelength Cronulla diplay suite is located at 3 The Kingsway (corner of Abel Place) Cronulla.
