Barry Leef has one of the best known voices, having been featured on hundreds of TV and radio advertisements over 30 years as Sydney’s number one session singer.
In constant demand performing and headlining his very successful show Classic and West Coast Rock he has been wowing audiences for almost two decades with his covers of classic rock of the 60s, 70s and 80s including the Eagles and Doobie Brothers.
Leef has performed in many song and music festivals around the world and has jammed with Frank Zappa, Elvin Bishop, Tom Jones and Jeff ‘Skunk’ Baxter to name a few.
He was was also frontman for Aussie bands Bakery and Supermarket and is a regular at the Sydney Musicians Club.
He recently recorded his long awaited album called Rhythmized which was released on April 26.
Leef will be performing the album ‘live’ at the Brass Monkey on Saturday, June 30, with the who’s who of the very best players in town.
