The Pink Ribbon Winter Soiree at Summer Salt, Cronulla, raised $30,000 for cancer.
Two hundred women attended the inaugural sold-out event that supported Cancer Council’s research into breast and gynaecological cancers.
Money raised will go towards prevention and advocacy programs, and support services.
About 65 Australia women are diagnosed with breast or a gynaecological cancer every day.
Cancer Council NSW has contributed more than $4.5 million towards research in this field since 2015.
