Hailed by André Rieu as the ‘Angel of Australia’, Brisbane-born soprano Soprano Mirusia Louwerse is appearing at the Marana Auditorium tomorrow, Wednesday 20 June for the next instalment of Georges River Council’s popular concert series, Music at Twilight.
After graduating from the Queensland Conservatorium in Australia, Mirusia received the prestigious Dame Joan Sutherland Opera Award.
She has toured the world for 10 years as a featured soloist with André Rieu’s Johann Strauss Orchestra.
With her solo career now in full-swing, Mirusia has touched the hearts of audiences across Australia and internationally, with her performances declared as “heart-warming, personal and leaving you no choice but to love Mirusia.”
