A 22-year-old man and two youths were arrested for allegedly breaking into an Engadine business last night.
About 8.35pm on Sunday a member of the public rang Triple 000 reporting the front door of a shop was open and the lock damaged.
Police arrived in a few minutes and were given a description and a last known direction of the offenders by a witness.
Police began a search and two of the alleged offenders were located in Banbal Road, Engadine.
A third person was located a short distance away in bushes by a police dog and handler.
The alleged offenders were searched and an amount of cash and property was recovered at the scene.
All three were charged with Aggravated Break and Enter – Commit Serious Indictable Offence and will appear at Sutherland Court and Parramatta Children’s Court later today.
