Singing teacher and vocal coach, Stephen Baker, of Kogarah, is the guest speaker at a gala fundraising ball for the Child Protection Foundation at Sylvania Waters on July 27.
The event is raising money for The Child Protection Foundation, a Sydney-based registered charity is dedicated to exposing and reducing the scourge of child abuse in the community.
Statistics reveal that every year in Australia there are at least 320,000 reported incidents of child abuse.
The event hopes to raise greater awareness of child protection.

He has toured internationally with The Supremes and has been the headline vocalist for jazz tours with Daly Wilson Big Band.
The black tie masquerade ball is at 7pm at Doltone House, Sylvania Waters.
There will be an auction of memorabilia items and prizes for the best mask.
