If your winter coat didn’t cut it, you would be forgiven for wanting to throw on a ski jacket.
It was a frosty, snow-like start to Monday after a chilly Sunday morning.
Leader photographer John Veage snapped crumbs of frost clinging to the car window at North Cronulla today at 5am, when temperatures dropped down to 3 degrees.
It made Sydney temps fall below the monthly average, according to Weatherzone.
But it should climb to a more pleasant 18 degrees today with cloudy periods developing, before reaching a much warmer 22 on Tuesday and Thursday.
