Penshurst RSL Club has just unveiled its newly renovated bistro which is already gaining new fans.
The new-look bistro is part of renovations which took 16 weeks to complete and include a new lounge bar, reception and dining areas and brand new furniture throughout.
The club’s new caterers commenced on July 1 and brought with them a new updated menu.
“Club builders Denton Projects have done a wonderful job in transforming the old tired bistro into a newly refreshed dining experience,” Penshurst RSL Club chief executive officer, Chris Hendley said.
“The club now has a brand new Asian cuisine to compliment the very popular Western cuisine,” he said.
“Patrons can enjoy their favourite Roasts, hamburgers and steaks along with an array of modern Asian fusion dishes.”
The Flavours of Asia menu includes vegetarian and noodle dishes, claypots and Malaysian curries and according to one club member has already gained the club new fans for the bistro.
And the club has kept its popular menu featuring pasta, burgers, sandwiches, steaks and seafood.
Lunch is available 12pm to 2pm seven days a week.
Dinner is 5.30 to 8.30 pm Sunday to Thursday and 9 pm Fridays and Saturdays.
There is a 20 per cent discount for Penshurst RSL Members.
