India calling at TAFE’s hospitality training hub
Fancy a butter chicken or tasty chicken tikka masala?
TAFE NSW Loftus students and teachers will host the inaugural ‘Amazing India Dinner’ on August 15.
Commercial cookery teacher Sampath Kumar will lead students through a traditional Indian spice and flavour journey as they create a menu for the event.
The TAFE’s Loftus training restaurant, Embark, will be decorated with an Indian theme and there will be entertainment from Bollywood dancers.
There will also be the chance to win a five-night trip for two to India.
