Get on your bikes ready for the annual Bike to the Beach ride on September 23.
Sutherland Shire Council, supported by Sutherland PCYC and Rideability, is hosting 5 kilometre cycling event, which starts at Taren Point Shorebird Reserve.
The free family fun ride is held each September as part of NSW Bike Week.
It gives cyclists the opportunity to explore off-road paths from Woolooware Bay to Wanda Beach.
The finish line at Don Lucas Reserve will host free activities including face painting, an inflatable obstacle course, giant slide, mechanical surfboard, jumping castles, giveaways and games.
There will be free hot dogs and free slushies and Sharks players will be there with a pass-the-ball game and giveaways.
The cycle route will be open and staffed between 10am and 1pm with activities at Don Lucas Reserve, Wanda Beach to finish at 2pm.
