Three people from St George and Sutherland Shire are among 20 leaders in NSW who received a scholarship from The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
The non-profit scholarship programs aim to encourage organisational leaders and directors to undertake education to expand their skills in their fields.
Shire recipients are Carolyn Townsend of Burraneer, who is the vice chairwoman of Ronald McDonald House, Randwick, and Bundeena’s Dianne Prince, who is the president of Haemochromatosis Australia.
St George recipient, Glenn Power, of Allawah, is the company secretary of Georges River Life Care, and also received one.
