Raise a stein and get ready for Australia’s biggest Oktoberfest bash taking place over six weeks at The Bavarian Miranda.
From the official tapping of the first Oktoberfest bier keg on on Saturday, September 22 to the closing party on Sunday, October 28 there will be six weeks of traditional Bavarian feasting.
Partygoers can dive into six weeks of traditional feasting, five limited-edition Oktoberfest biers on tap, a series of delicious foodie challenges and generous group packages.
At The Bavarian Miranda, Oktoberfest set feasting menus are available for the celebrations.
Diners can also choose authentic Bavarian a la carte favourites, including crispy pork knuckle, golden crumbed schnitzels, sausages, apple strudel and salty pretzels.
The restaurant will will be pouring five famous Oktoberfest biers throughout the festival: Hofbräu München Oktoberfestbier, Löwenbräu Oktoberfestbier, Spaten Oktoberfestbier, Paulaner Oktoberfestbier and Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen, which have been imported direct from Bavaria.
Guests can sign up to become an Oktober Boss, proving their dedication to this renowned annual festival by taking five challenges: drinking a stein of each of the five Oktoberfest biers, eating a schnitzel, a pork knuckle and a pretzel, and drinking a schnapps.
Those who tick off each challenge will achieve the ultimate Oktober Boss status and receive a limited-edition Oktoberfest t-shirt and stein and a VIP invitation to pre-drinks before the closing party on Saturday, October 27.

Located on the rooftop of Westfield Miranda, the Bavarian Bier Café has abundant indoor seating, a spacious terrace area, large bar and a stunning rooftop view of the shire and beyond.
Meanwhile in the city, the Oktoberfest opening weekend street party in The Rocks kicks off at midday on Saturday, September 22 with a lively celebratory parade. Colourful performers and costumed entertainers will fill the streets around Munich Brauhaus with song, dance and yodel, before returning to the restaurant for a full day of Oktoberfest festivities.
