There will be stalls galore at this year’s Made By Hand art and design market, set to take hold at Hazelhurst Arts Centre, Gymea.
The annual and popular food market on October 7 is a curated artisan mix of 100 stalls showcasing ceramics, jewellery, wearable art, fashion, toys, textiles, candles, chocolates, Greek sweets, vegan treats, fresh flowers, homewares, paintings, photography, food and skin care, all lovingly made by hand.
Now in its third year, Made by Hand attracts more than 4000 people.
Food stalls include gnocchi, donuts and all things organic.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy sketching in the garden, face painting, live music, family craft activities and talks and tours of the current exhibition Alexander McKenzie: The adventurous gardener.
Director of Hazelhurst Arts Centre, Belinda Hanrahan, says the gallery supports Sutherland Shire artists as much as possible.
“This will be a wonderful opportunity for people to see and buy distinctive and individual items made by our artists and designers,” she said.
The market is on from 10am-3pm.
