A day out on the ocean filming in the waters off the Royal National Park wrapped up with the shot of the moment for a group of guys today.
Lilli Pilli’s Kurt Kiggins, 26, was filming his brother Jai, south of Marley Beach, when a juvenile shark swam into the frame.
The surfer, fisher and photographer, who has 39,000 followers on Instagram, said on his social media it was a humbling experience to be face to face with the king of the ocean.
“There were about three Great White sharks feeding on a dead whale,” Kurt said.
