Helensburgh Public School will become the haunted place of screams come October 26, when children get their scare on ahead of Halloween on October 31.
The school is hosting a spooky carnival, with monsters, zombies, witches and vampires galore.
Rides and show bags will delight, as will the dunk tank, haunted house, giant slide, bungee trampolines, jumping castle and a spooky photo booth.
Tasty pulled pork rolls, falafels, and a traditional sausage sizzle will feed the blood hungry, and there is a family trip to the Gold Coast to win in a raffle.
All funds raised at the carnival will go towards to updating the school’s technology resources and the final instalment of the playground that opened earlier this year – made possible by funding from Metropolitan Coal and Tradies Helensburgh.
The P&C will be supporting the school’s commitment to purchase six new interactive whiteboard projectors, 20 digital cameras/scanners, and extra laptops.
Fletcher Street from 4pm-9pm.
