Sutherland Shire residents are being promised “a smorgasbord of new dining, shopping and lifestyle options” when the new shopping precinct at South Village, Kirrawee, opens on Wednesday, November 14.
Developer Payce and shopping centre operator Mirvac Retail are unveiling the project, which will be anchored by supermarkets Coles and Aldi.
There will be three courtyard areas bordered by food, beverage and retail offers with access from car park entries in Princes Highway, Flora Street and Oak Road.
Italian eatery Criniti’s will be part of the dining scene, with other options being Lone Star Rib House, Guzmen y Gomez, Grill’d, Joe Jr, Umaya and ThaiRiffic.
A health and fitness precinct will include Plus Fitness Gym and BodyMindLife.
The work of shire artist Mulga will be featured on columns and in murals.
An indoor playground is another feature.
Opening week activities will include live music, local yoga sessions, face painting and a pop-up cinema from Thursday to Sunday.
