A free information evening for first home buyers and investors is being held at a time when banks are tightening lending policies.
The event will be held at Cronulla Sharks Leagues Club on Wednesday, November 7.
It has been organised by Capital Bluestone, which is developing Woolooware Bay Town Centre in partnership with the Sharks.
Speakers will include mortgage broker and founder of Intelligent Finance, Justin Doobov, and Colliers International director project marketing, Ian Bennett.
Subjects to be covered will include lending criteria, interest rates, structuring home loans, government assistance for first home buyers and buying off the plan.
The event will be held from 5.30pm – 7.30pm in the Aqua North Room.
