Re the article ‘‘Child care centre protest: Residents fear ‘traffic mayhem’‘‘ (Leader, October 31).
In regard to the proposed child care centre in Vivienne Street, Kingsgrove, I have a listened to the last minute of the audio recording of the Local Planning Panel meeting on October 5.
At least half of the Panel members state that the parking situation will not work.
Plus, the applicant and their planner did not address the panel or answer any questions about the DA.
Why didn’t the panel reject the DA?
